    <content type="html">I've been reading Mary-Kate and Ashley's book Influence in the mornings.  It really makes my days start off better, and is actually really inspiring.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My workouts have been fairly well.  I've only been eating once or twice a day.  I'm just ready to drop this weight.  I'm pretty confident this time.  The last time I weighed myself I lost ten pounds.     <content type="html">Yesterday I did 1 mile, and did GND Holly.  I didn't do anything on election day because I had to drive 2 hours to vote... so I just didn't have time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today-&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast- Special K cereal with fat free milk.&lt;br /&gt;Lunch- 2 pieces of watermelon and a salad&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Haven't worked out yet.     <content type="html">I have had the flu.  So I haven't been around.  I feel kind of better today.  Hopefully I can get a workout in.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I walked 20 miles last week. I was on facebook (I know I've been absent from here) and I saw this girl, Amber, that I used to know, who just happens to be a rival of mine.  She is like 90 pounds now.  It's like we switched places.  I took her weight and she took mine.  Ugh.   This just totally pisses me off.  But, this kicks it in double time.  No food for the next 48 hours.  Bitch.     <content type="html">30 squats with arm weights&lt;br /&gt;20 regular squats&lt;br /&gt;50 calf raises&lt;br /&gt;20 side kicks 10 on each leg&lt;br /&gt;20 fan kicks 10 on each leg&lt;br /&gt;60 leg raises 30 on each side&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;30 arm hinges 10 on both arms and 10 together&lt;br /&gt;30 triceps   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;30 crunches on ball&lt;br /&gt;50 regular crunches&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;50 jump and jacks&lt;br /&gt;15 minute cardio&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I already feel leaner.  And I look leaner in the mirror.  My mediums are becoming loose.  But, I am not ready to weigh myself.  So, I won't probably for another month.  It is however, driving me crazy.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's been fairly easy not eating meat.  I need some dishes, LOW IN FAT that are meatless.     <content type="html">Okay, so I started reading this book a week or so ago.  I just now made it to Chapter 4.  Firstly, let me just say, this book is totally worth getting.  I have been wanting to lose weight, but this book actually pushes you over the edge.  It motivates you to get off you lazy ass and do it.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, Chapter 4.  Is fucking disgusting!!  It talks about meat.  Everything in the meat industry.  I am just dumbfounded after reading this.  I mean, they actually know what the fuck they're talking about.  One of the girls ate McDonald's breakfast every day for like 5 years, and she lost her weight; it gives you hope too!  They explain everything that goes into the meat.  I will never eat meat again.  Honestly, I don't even want to look at meat at this point.   And they're right.  To be skinny bitches, we have to give up meat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They also talk about evolution.  Which, being a History major, I was SO interested in.  They talk about how our bodies aren't made to digest meats.  They talk about our bodies and how our fingernails and teeth aren't made to be hunting other animals.  It is very intelligent work.  It makes sense. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Go get the book.
